By submitting a service request online, you are requesting a service to be preformed and agree to pay for the service call charges associated with the request.
Credit Card Authorization must be made prior to scheduling any service calls. Paradise Pools of Texas will reach out for payment and scheduling.
Warranty coverage will be considered for any item currently covered by stated warranties.
Please provide proof of purchase or warranty information when submitting your service request.
Service requests will be processed in the order they are received. Response times may vary depending on the availability of technicians and parts.
You may be required to provide additional information or photos related to the service request in order to assess the issue and provide an accurate quote.
Once a service call has been scheduled, please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is present at the location to grant access to the technician.
Any additional work or parts required beyond the initial service call may incur additional charges. You will be notified of any additional costs before work is completed. Paradise Pools is not responsible or liable for any damages or any other parts that may occur during a repair. Pipe and fittings can become brittle overtime and many times fixing one item can show another issue.
Payment for service calls and any additional charges must be made at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments. Payments not made after service completion are authorized to be made to card on file.
